Shipping policy

- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

- If eligible, free shipping offers will be displayed to customers during the checkout process.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at max@catchamerica.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- For lost shipments, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
