Shrimpin’ Ain’t Easy is built around the shrimp and crustacean fish attractant profile that rainbow trout, brown trout, and landlocked salmon respond to when feeding near the bottom or in zones where invertebrate forage is abundant. The UV-enhanced spray formula is lightweight and non-sticky, designed specifically for fly applications where gel attractants are too heavy and would kill the action of the pattern. I developed this formula for the Almanor-area fisheries where shrimp is a primary forage, but it produces anywhere fish are feeding on bottom-dwelling prey. Apply before every troll, reapply after each fish.
